***Akira releases the pin, and Gehenna rolls to the side of the ring, going to one knee as Nick Spoils makes his way to the ring with a microphone in hand.***

NICK: “Akira, Akira, Akira. Yet again, you prove to me, to Gehenna, and to the PWA Armada, that you don’t have what it takes. Yes, I know, I know…you “earned” the victory tonight. But it’s plain to see that you are completely unable to grasp the bigger picture. That’s why the Union failed under your leadership. You don’t see what’s right in front of your face. Why do you think I wasn’t out here with my client tonight, Akira? You know that’s not something I do. My guys fight, I’m at ringside. Every time. Yet tonight, you came out here and you faced off against Gehenna, and I wasn’t anywhere to be found. And you, Akira — you thought absolutely nothing of it. The writing was on the wall, but you didn’t see it.”

***Akira has been handed a microphone, and it looks like he’s about to speak when Gehenna, who has regained his feet and rolled into the ring, pulls the microphone away. Akira shoves Gehenna in anger, and Gehenna falls back a couple steps, but then shoves Akira just as hard. Akira stumbles backwards, but only a single step, as he backs up against a massive presence. Turning slowly, Akira looks up into the looming face of…Ragnarok!***

BLOOMFIELD: “Wait a minute! Ladies and gentlemen, that’s Ragnarok! We haven’t seen him since he was injured at the King of Deathmatch! Ragnarok is back and Akira Wyld is in trouble!”

***Ragnarok wastes no time in attacking, laying two incredibly powerful hammer blows on Akira’s shoulders, dropping the exhausted man to the mat. Picking him back up, Ragnarok gets him into position for the Awaken the Serpent, but Akira wriggles out and starts throwing punches at the big man. Ragnarok is rocked back, covering up from the onslaught of blows. But Akira has ignored Gehenna, and gets caught by the other half of Armageddon in the Hades Lock before he can react.***

BLOOMFIELD: “Oh my folks! Armageddon has reunited here at Assault and they have Akira Wyld at their mercy!”

***Suddenly the crowd goes crazy… as Damon Knight rushes the ring.***

BLOOMFIELD: “That’s Akira Wyld’s former tag-team partner Damon Knight! It looks like he’s seen enough!”

***Knight tosses Nick Spoils to the side on his way down to the ring, and slides in to start trading blows with Ragnarok. Ragnarok looks to be getting the better of the exchange, but then steps on Akira as he tries to get his balance. Ragnarok stumbles, and Knight uses the momentary stumble to his advantage, landing a vicious looking shoulder block that sends Ragnarok stumbling to the outside. He turns to Gehenna, but he has sensed the coming attack, released the Hades Lock, and rolled out of the ring.***

BLOOMFIELD: “The Wyldknights have reunited at Assault and Armageddon is leaving the ring!”

***Armageddon regroup outside the ring, Nick Spoils standing between his charges. Inside the ring, Rebel helps Akira to his feet, as the two pairs of men shout invectives at once another.***

NICK: “Really Knight? Rescuing your old tag-team partner after everything he did to you? So be it.”

***Nick turns just in time to see Damion Black on the ramp with a team of security personnel. Nick looks back at Wyld and Knight in the ring, then back towards Damion. Damion stares directly at Nick and Armageddon and signals for his security to advance. The personnel walk down the ramp. Nick smiles broadly and holds his hands up, then leads Gehenna and Ragnarok alongside the ramp, towards another exit. Damion looks back into the ring at Wyld and Knight but does not make a move from the top of the ramp. Damion stares at the men in the ring for a long time, then nods and goes back through the entrance. Nick Spoils and Armageddon linger a moment longer glaring at the Wyldknights in the ring. Then Spoils smiles and claps his men on the shoulders. The three make their way backstage.***
