Champion vs. Champion Non-Title Match – Robert MacElroy vs. Akira Wyld

***As the bell rings signaling that MacElroy has won the match, Akira Wyld rolls out of the ring in disgust. He makes his way to the timekeeper’s area and grabs the NWC belt, ripping it out of the arms of the official holding it. As he turns away to make his way up the ramp, he is hit by a steel chair to the head, dropping him to the ground instantly. Richard Pennyworth stands in the audience, a sneer on his face. He climbs over the barricade, and continues the assault on Akira, nailing him with shot after shot from the chair.***

***As Wyld lies unconscious on the floor, Pennyworth slumps over, seemingly in exhaustion. He looks down at the fallen Wyld, and screams something that the cameras don’t quite catch. MacElroy, meanwhile, has been seemingly stunned by the brutality, but now he moves to intervene. He closes on Pennyworth without being noticed, and simply puts a hand on Pennyworth’s shoulder. Pennyworth reacts instantly, spinning around, and slamming the steel chair directly into MacElroy’s temple, dropping the champ to the ground.***

***With both champions on the ground, Pennyworth looks from one to the other for a moment, before slamming the chair into both men one after the other. As security finally makes their way from the back to intervene, Pennyworth throws the chair away into the ring. He slips away from the security men, but manages to grab both the NWC World Championship and the PWA Heavyweight Championship, and rolls into the ring with both. As we fade to black, Pennyworth’s music starts playing. He stands on the turnbuckle, raising both belts high into the air, as both Wyld and MacElroy slowly come to on the ground.***
