MJ1 stands is by the curtain, warming up with short hops, swinging his arms front to back as he waits for his music to hit.

OFF-CAMERA VOICE: “One man’s misfortune…”

MJ1 looks in the direction of the voice and gloved fist catches him in a sucker punch to the jaw! MJ1 drops to the ground, dazed! A large figure wearing a silver and black mask looms over MJ1. The large man lifts a baseball bat with two hands and kneels on MJ1’s chest. He places the bat lengthwise on MJ1’s throat!

MASKED ASSAILANT: “…is another man’s opportunity.”

MJ1 fights desperately, trying to claw at the big man’s face, but his assailant continues to apply pressure until MJ1 passes out. The masked man stands and looks down on the unconscious MJ1, drops the bat in his hands, and heads towards the curtain to the arena ramp.
