***Suddenly, Gehenna and Ragnarok, rush the ring, exploding down the ramp and sliding into the ring, catching the champion and challenger off-guard.***

BLOOMFIELD: “My goodness folks, when will this chaos end? The Union has once again inserted themselves in a PWA main event!”

***Ragnarok plows into MacElroy with a massive shoulder block sending him flying across the ring. Gehenna levels Arzon with a savage flying kick. The former tag-team champs viciously assault the spent grapplers. MacElroy heroically powers to his feet and begins trading blows with Ragnarok. Just then, Brawler Beckett jogs down to ringside, followed by Akira Wyld, who is brandishing his kendo stick.***

BLOOMFIELD: “There’s Brawler Beckett! And right behind him is Akira Wyld! Akira Wyld has made his way to the ring, and he has that damned kendo stick with him! They are going to make sure MacElroy and Arzon pay their Union Dues!”

***Wyld slides into the ring ahead of Beckett and cracks the stick loudly across MacElroy’s back. Right behind him Beckett rolls into
into the ring and clobbers the rising Arzon with a high knee. Wyld drops his kendo stick at ringside and points at Arzon and MacElroy. Beckett, Gehenna, Ragnarok and Wyld circle the two men as they rise and prepare to defend themselves.***

BLOOMFIELD: “Folks MacElroy and Arzon are outnumbered but they’re not going down without a fight!”

***Kevin Starr’s music blares across the arena speakers and the muscular ex-champion rushes the ring, holding a gold and black kendo stick of his own. Akira halts his attack and turns to face Kevin Starr! Wyld and Starr meet in the ring brandishing their weapons like a pair of samauri. With a loud crack, Starr strikes Wyld in the hands, forcing him to drop his kendo stick. Starr smacks Wyld hard in the gut with the stick, and then a second time hard across his back, sending him crashing to the canvas. Ragnarok drops MacElroy’s arm and makes a running dive for Kevin Starr. Starr ducks under his wild swing and cracks Ragnarok hard in the forehead, drawing blood! Gehenna releases MacElroy and advances on Starr, grabbing him from behind. But Starr drops to his knees and brings his kendo stick up hard between Gehenna’s legs.***

BLOOMFIELD: “Ladies and gentlemen, Kevin Starr is thrashing the Union single handedly!”

***Akira stumbles to his feet shaking his hands in pain and shouting profanities at Starr. Starr holds out his stick showing off the phrase “The Strike Breaker” written across it’s length. Wyld fumes and points at Starr… only to get spun around by a recovered MacElroy and leveled with a hard right hand! Wyld collapses hard in the corner as MacElroy assaults him with uncontested right hands. Beckett turns to help Wyld, and is promptly caught from behind by Derrick Arzon who gives him a belly to back suplex in the ring! Arzon shakes his fists as Beckett drags himself back to his feet. Arzon attacks Beckett with a series of stiff kicks… and follows with a high-angle dropkick that sends Beckett flying over the top rope to the floor. In the center of the ring, Ragnarok stumbles to his feet and eats a second hard kendo shot to the head! Kevin Starr then turns and strikes an advancing Gehenna first in the thigh, and then across the shoulders, sending him tumbling to the mat and rolling out of the ring. Starr then turns and blasts Ragnarok with a third and final shot with the stick that causes him to stumble back and fall between the ropes to the floor below. On the other side of the ring, MacElroy mounts the top turnbuckle and begins to count to ten while driving hard fists into Wyld’s forehead. Before he can reach ‘seven’, Wyld is pulled roughly out of the ring by Beckett. The four Union members stumble back to their feet and begin backing their way up the ramp scowling at the defiant PWA superstars in the ring. At the entranceway, Nick Spoils and Nakamura Yamasaki join the beaten Union members. Wyld sneers and advances back toward the ring… but Spoils stops him with a hand on his shoulder. The two exchange a knowing look and the Union makes their way backstage, scowling. Inside the ring, Kevin Starr, Derrick Arzon and Robert MacElroy stand defiantly in the ring as the crowd explodes.***

BLOOMFIELD: “Oh my folks, PWA Strikes Back! On this night at least, the Union has been sent running! Ladies and Gentlemen, I’m Gary Bloomfield and this has been an unbelievable edition of PWA Assault! GOODNIGHT!”
