**A battered Akira Wyld limps toward Brawler Beckett and reaches a hand out to tag him into the match. Behind him, Gehenna and Nakamura are advancing, a predatory look in their eyes. As Wyld approaches, Beckett continues to watch the match, arms folded over and leaning on the top rope, taking in the match with a look of icy resolve. Wyld and Beckett lock eyes, and Beckett’s expression remains unchanged as he mouths the word ‘no’ at Akira. Then, he very deliberately hops down from the apron to the floor and turns his back on Wyld. Akira leans over the ropes, gesturing and shouting at Beckett. Beckett walks away from the ring, toward the ramp. Wyld throws up his hands at Beckett, confused. A nearby fan shouts something at Beckett. Beckett immediately stops and yells back at the fan, sticking a finger dangerously close to the fan’s face, then pointing towards the ring. Beckett turns again towards the ramp and continues his deliberate pace out of the arena. Akira shakes his head in disbelief as Gehenna slams into him with a vicious forearm. Wyld collapses into the corner. Gehenna throws a hard knee into Wyld’s jaw and shoves him down in the center of the ring. Nakamura moves back to his corner as Wyld clutches at his jaw and stumbles back to his feet. The referee signals to both Gehenna and Wyld that the match is still going on.**

***Damion Black appears on the ramp backed by a handful of security guards. Black wastes no time in running down the ramp and sliding into the ring, ahead of his security team, where he is immediately set upon by Nakamura Yamasaki. The Divine Psycho pounds on Damion’s back. Damion grabs Nakamura’s legs and executes a perfect amateur double-leg takedown, then scrambles to his feet and kicks Nakamura hard in the head twice. Nakamura grabs his head and rolls out of the ring as Gehenna charges Damion. Damion engages Gehenna and the two exchange blows briefly until Damion feints a jab then kicks Gehenna in the gut, doubling him over. Damion grabs Gehenna and throws him over the top rope. Gehenna gets to his feet, wanting to run back in, but Nick Spoils holds him back, pointing out the advancing security team and he leads his men in a hasty retreat. Damion walks over to Akira, who has struggled to his feet with the aid of nearby turnbuckles, his back to the ring, facing the crowd. Damion approaches and places his on Akira’s shoulder calmly. A groggy Akira stiffens and whirls around suddenly, throwing a HARD elbow directly into Damion’s nose. Blood immediately spills onto the ring, as Damion grabs his face and rolls under the bottom rope and out of the ring. Akira’s face is a mask of anger as he shakes his head and searches for his attacker. Damion is outside the ring on his feet, walking toward the timekeeper’s table. Scowling, Damion grabs a steel chair and turns about, stalking back to the ring and rolls in to face Akira. Akira sees Damion approach. He sees the blood pouring from Damion’s nose and only then realizes who it was he struck. Akira holds his hands out toward Black, palms out, and shaking his head and backing up to the ropes, pleading to Black that it was an accident and he did not realize it was Black coming to his aid. Black stops, chair still in one hand as Akira continues to tell Black this is not what he wants. Black’s expression changes from a hard scowl to emotionless stone. Black drops the chair. Blood is still running down his face, staining his white collar and tailor-made Armani suit. Damion calmly straightens his tie, smooths his hair back, and nods to Akira. Black steps through the ropes and walks back up the ramp, his bloody head held high.***
