Scene opens inside the control booth of the production studio of the PWA Network. A diminutive gloved hand pushes a cracked VHS tape into the control console and presses the play button. The on-deck monitor pops to life. The hand flips a lighted toggle switch to the ‘on-air’ position. A high-pitched voice cackles giddily from off-frame.
