***Scene opens at the Greco Wyld School of Wrestling. Rebel and Nikki Wyld are in the ring, taking a break from working on holds***

REBEL: “So, you honestly plan on trying to take on Sokolov?”

NIKKI: “Hey, somebody has to! We can’t just let him think he can do whatever he wants here! I’ve been working on my submission game. Nobody’s really tried to make Sokolov tap before. He’s got a… whataycallit… an Achilles Heel. I think I’ve got this!”

REBEL: Uh huh… well, far be it from me to step all over your rock-solid logic there.”

***Suddenly, the front door opens and a man walks in, wearing blue jeans, hiking boots, and a matching green and blue Vancouver Canucks jersey and cap with a black leather backpack slung over one shoulder. Rebel looks at the stranger.***

REBEL: “Hey there. You... here for lessons? I think we have an application form around here somewhere…”

***Just then, Alyssa Wyld emerges from the backstage area, shaking her head with a grin.***

ALYSSA: “That won’t be necessary, though thank you Rebel. The Factor can already hit a bridging Grecoplex with the best of us.”

***The man pulls off his cap, revealing the familiar undercut ponytail. Rebel raises his eyebrows and he and Nikki exchange a look.***

FACTOR: “Thanks for that. Though you know, I should probably sharpen it up a bit, put it back on my resume. A pleasure as always, Alyssa. Rebel, good to see you. Nikki, I’ll spare you the whole ‘haven’t seen you since you were yay big’ spiel.”

NIKKI: “I’d appreciate it.”

FACTOR: “But look at you, all grown up.”

NIKKI: “Ugh.”

REBEL: “So Factor, not that I’m not happy to see an old friend, but what brings you to our neck of the woods?”

ALYSSA: “Because I called him.”

REBEL: “Oh yeah, business or pleasure?”

***Nikki rolls her eyes.***

ALYSSA: “Well, the fact is-”

***Alyssa and Factor glance at each other. Factor just smirks and gestures for her to continue***

ALYSSA: “Between what’s been happening with Aldo… the ‘Masked Shooter’ taking his show on the road and Akira being MIA lately, we’re a bit shorthanded right now. We have a new crop of trainees and frankly I’m not looking forward to tackling them when we’re two men short. Also, not for nothing, it seems like things have been escalating in PWA lately. D.I.E, Sanctum, the Camp… everyone is choosing sides. Maybe it’s time we let the PWA roster know that the Wyld Family is on THEIR side. The Factor is an old friend, and it’s high time we started keeping our friends close. The point is, we have some common goals, and in the long run, I think we’re stronger together.”

***Rebel shakes his head.***

REBEL: “I think I see where this is going. Factor has a big match scheduled against Sokolov. Makes sense to have some backup going into an encounter with anyone associated with George Prescott. Can’t say it’s a bad strategy.”

FACTOR: “I don’t need help with that monster or his handler. But still… I have to agree with Alyssa. First Aldo gets targeted, then all that business with Bloomfield…. I can’t take this lying down. And we are stronger together.”

***Nikki frowns thoughtfully***

NIKKI: “You know my vote. Damion Black can go screw himself. He wants to lord over his little kingdom, then let him. Let’s split for greener pastures. Japan is looking good this time of year.”

FACTOR: “You want to head east and tangle with clowns like the Forces of Nature, be my guest. But I don’t think that’s how you roll.. What we need to do is fight fire with fire. Hitting him in the pocketbook is nothing compared to hitting him in the pride.”

ALYSSA: “Here’s the equation: we take on the Champions League and anyone who tries to hold back Factor’s shot at Sokolov, and Factor is all in with the Wyld Family when it comes to holding PWA together for the locker room.”

FACTOR: “Worse comes to worse, if I go down, one of you can still take your shot….and like Alyssa says... you wanna take a run at any of these factions making trouble in PWA? Then count me in. It's a win-win. And who knows, maybe you guys can teach me a thing or two along the way..”

***Nikki laughs, Alyssa grins, Rebel shakes his head***

REBEL: “Okay, I’m convinced… but what will Akira think?”

***With impeccable timing, Akira Wyld rounds the corner just then***

AKIRA: “I think… that maybe this has been a long time coming.”

FACTOR: “Good to see you up and running, old timer.”

AKIRA: “It’s not the years, it’s the mileage. Something you should keep in mind if you plan on being able to walk when you’re my age...”

ALYSSA: “Old timer? That’s my TWIN brother you’re talking about Factor.”

REBEL: “Hey… I’m two years older than you two.”

***Despite the words, all three are all smiles. Rebel just shakes his head again***

FACTOR: “Well, guess all that’s settled. I guess Only One Question Remains.”

REBEL: “Good luck with that, I’m out!”

***Rebel shakes his head, steps out of the ring and heads for the showers***

FACTOR: “Rebel Wyld… where you going?!”

***Nikki laughs, scene fades***
