Promos for Assault 27 June 2018
***The scene opens on the set of the already-in-progress PWA Profiles, a special 5-part limited series, airing exclusively on the PWA Network, where broadcast journalist Ronnie Stockholm interviews some of the hottest PWA Superstars about their journey in the Prestige Wrestling Association, and what PWA fans can expect from Season 2.***
STOCKHOLM: “Fans, welcome back to another exciting installment of PWA Profiles. Today, I have the honor of sitting with the one-and-only, Tiger Gold.”
***The camera pulls back to reveal a modest set, featuring two comfortable-looking chairs. Tiger Gold is seated opposite Ronnie Stockholm. He is wearing khaki slacks and a white buttoned shirt with sleeves rolled up, revealing his enormous bronze forearms. As always, his identity is hidden behind his one-of-a-kind, gold-and-blue sequined tiger mask.***
STOCKHOLM: “Thank you for joining us Tiger.”
***Tiger Gold extends an arm and shakes hands with Ronnie Stockholm.***
GOLD: “The honor is mine.”
STOCKHOLM: “Tiger Gold, we completed our inaugural season just a few short weeks ago. You’ve now had a little time to reflect on your performance during season one. There are many fans out there that assumed that you would be entering this upcoming season as PWA’s Heavyweight Champion. You finished the season with an impressive 7-2 win-loss record in singles competition, the best of any PWA Heavyweight. You won the eight-man round-robin Rise of Kings Tournament and earned the opportunity to enter the Rise of Kings Battle Royal in the coveted eighth slot. But in the end, a surprise neck injury put an abrupt end to your quest for heavyweight gold.”
GOLD: “Yes. At Rise of Kings, my fiercest rival Robert MacElroy ended my journey to the PWA Heavyweight Championship. He called upon the spirits of his ancestors and did what no man has ever done. For the first time in my long and storied career, I was unable to finish a match that I had started. The ‘hard man’ rendered me unconscious and unable to leave the ring under my own power. He delivered to me my most stunning defeat.”
STOCKHOLM: “As I understand it, you were taken from the ring directly to the local hospital, where you underwent an MRI and a series of tests to ascertain just how serious your injury was. Thankfully, it was determined that you did not suffer a broken neck. However, you road to recovery hasn’t been easy.”
GOLD: “No, it has been a humbling experience. I have spent every moment since my defeat training to restore my body and my spirit. There were those who advised that I recuse myself from season two of PWA and take an extended time away to heal. However, after communing with the spirits of my ancestors and hardening my body and spirit through grueling training, I have made a full recovery, and am ready to test myself again in the arena of combat.”
STOCKHOLM: “Yes, about that... Tiger Gold, there were doctors that advised that you undergo surgery to repair the damage in your neck. There was talk of a spinal fusion and between 12-14 months off to recover. As I understand it, you have declined to have that procedure, opting instead for a non-surgical recovery and rehabilitation that some say is ill-advised. What is your response to those who say that you are putting yourself at risk to further injury by refusing treatment and coming back so soon?”
GOLD: “I say that destiny waits for no man. My destiny, as always, is in that ring. My lifeblood bleeds out on that sacred canvas. To tell me I should not wrestle is like telling me that I should not breathe. It is the glorious calling of the true warrior born, and I will not ignore it... not while there is breath in my body and fire in my spirit. Not while there are challenges that must be overcome and fighting men that must be bested.”
STOCKHOLM: “What is the mission statement of Tiger Gold in season two of PWA?”
GOLD: “My mission is as it always has been. Seek out those who have the spirit of the warrior, and best them in glorious combat. Crush my adversaries and drink in the adulation of the cheering multitudes. Prove to the world once again that Tiger Gold is a champion immortal, and all men fall beneath his might.”
STOCKHOLM: “And what competitors are currently in your sights?”
GOLD: “That list is a long one my friend... ‘The Natural’ Kevin Starr currently claims that he is the best in the world. That is a falsehood that I must correct. He holds the PWA Heavyweight Championship, and as always... my ultimate goal must be to defeat him and wrest it from his grasp. But before I can do that... I must face my nemesis Robert MacElroy one more time. We have squared off against each other on three occasions... and in two of those instances... he has walked away victorious. That is an anomaly that cannot stand. Any man can be defeated on a given night... but NO man can claim DOMINANCE over Tiger Gold. I will meet Robert MacElroy one more time... and I will defeat him soundly, and erase any doubt that Tiger Gold is the greatest warrior PWA has ever witnessed.”
STOCKHOLM: “Before all that though, it looks as though you have a date with destiny against the exciting and braggadocios Johnny Ecks, who is coming off a stunning victory over Nemesis Rex at Rise of Kings. Johnny Ecks was a late addition to the PWA roster last season, but he has already made his mark on the heavyweight division.”
GOLD: “Johnny Ecks is a true combatant with an undeniable fire burning within him. He has competed at the highest level in arenas all around the world. It will be an honor to cross swords with a world warrior of his level. There can be no doubt... Johnny Ecks is an opponent of the highest caliber... and it will be my privilege to rend his soul from his body and scatter his ambitions to the winds. For honor and for glory, we shall collide in the arena of combat and, as I always do, I shall break his body against my mighty form, and usher him gloriously into the realm of the immortals.”
STOCKHOLM: “Strong words from a legendary competitor. Thank you very much for taking the time to talk to us.”
GOLD: “The pleasure was mine. May honorable combat and immortal glory follow you till your dying day.”
STOCKHOLM: “Um... and you as well. Good luck in season two of PWA.”
***Stockholm turns to face the camera.***
STOCKHOLM: “That does it for us tonight here at PWA Profiles. Tune in tomorrow when we catch up with ‘The Surgical Specialist’ Akira Wyld. Goodnight everybody.”
***Fade to black.***

Akira Wyld sits down with Ronnie Stockholm in the latest installment of PWA Profiles...
***The scene opens on the set of the already-in-progress PWA Profiles, a special 5-part limited series, airing exclusively on the PWA Network, where broadcast journalist Ronnie Stockholm interviews some of the hottest PWA Superstars about their journey in the Prestige Wrestling Association, and what PWA fans can expect from Season two.***
STOCKHOLM: “Welcome once again to PWA Profiles, the show where we take a closer look at our PWA Superstars as they prepare for what is sure to be an amazing season two.”
***The camera pulls out to reveal the PWA Profiles set, where Stockholm is seated across from his guest, ‘The Surgical Specialist’ Akira Wyld.***
STOCKHOLM: “Fans, today I have with me the one and only Akira Wyld.”
***Stockholm reaches an arm across the aisle to shake Akira Wyld’s hand.***
STOCKHOLM: “Akira, thanks for joining us today.”
***Wyld eyes Stockholm’s hand with mild suspicion, before shaking it briefly and nodding.***
STOCKHOLM: “Akira Wyld, last season you had an amazing inaugural year here in the PWA. Not only did you have a very successful win-loss record in the heavyweight division, you did it while competing in an impressive ten televised matches during the season, more than any other wrestler on the roster. That’s a remarkable feat for any superstar. And an especially notable one considering how many enemies you’ve managed to make in the locker room in such a short amount of time.”
***Wyld smirks and levels a cold gaze at Stockholm.***
WYLD: “You say that like you’re surprised, Stockholm. As if Akira Wyld ever brings less than pure excellence to any organization he works at. Last season in PWA I did what I ALWAYS do. I step through that curtain. I walk down that aisle. I slide into that ring, and prove over and over again that Akira Wyld is the greatest wrestler in the world. And to hell with anybody who says otherwise.”
STOCKHOLM: “It’s hard to argue the philosophical rights and wrongs of your approach when it seems to gain you so much success in the ring. But aren’t you afraid that your devil-may-care attitude is going to cost you in the end? Is it possible that you’ve made too many enemies in PWA? At the end of last season, pretty much every heavyweight in the locker room was calling for your head on a platter.”
WYLD: “You don’t make it in this business without making enemies Stockholm. And honestly, what have I done wrong in this organization besides tell the truth? Hey, I’m an honest guy... I don’t mince words. I call things like I see them, and some guys just can’t handle being called on the carpet for their BS.
So... did I ruffle a few feathers last season? You’re damn right I did. That’s how you get noticed. You stir the pot and see what rises and what settles. Look at my career and tell me that I’m wrong.”
STOCKHOLM: “Some would say that you’re career is worse off for some of the people you’ve chosen to alienate.”
WYLD: “‘Some would say’, huh? And who might that be? Damion Black? That rich, two-faced fraud can’t touch me. He thinks he holds all the cards here in PWA just because he owns the joint. He thinks that he can railroad me into mid-card obscurity because he makes the matches. But look where I stand today. I thumbed my nose in the face of his ‘authority’ each and every week last season. I went where I wanted, when I wanted, and fought who I wanted. He sent hitman after hitman after me... Fury, Nakamura, his yacht-club buddy Pennyworth... and yet here I am, standing tall with a winning record and the world at my feet.”
STOCKHOLM: “Actually Akira, I wasn’t referring to Damion Black. I was making a reference to your father, Greco Wyld. You’ve made it your mission to distance yourself from the Wyld Family legacy at the expense of pretty much every ally you’ve had. You father, your sister, your brother, even your former tag-team partner Damon Knight. You seem to have followed a similar path everywhere you’ve gone. You’ve certainly done that here in PWA. Your war of words with Damion Black is only the latest example of your caustic attitude getting the better of you. Some might liken your approach to burning a bridge while you’re still crossing it.”
WYLD: “You know what? I’m glad you brought up my family. Because what I did back in the G.W.S.W. was exactly like what I did in SHAFT, and it’s exactly like what I’m doing here in PWA.”
***Wyld sits back in his seat and wipes the corners of his mouth absently with his hand. He looks off camera for a moment and takes a deep breath.***
WYLD: “I grew up in the shadow of a legend. Do you know how hard it is to prove to the world that you’re the best there is when ‘The Legndary’ Greco Wyld is standing right over your shoulder stealing your spotlight? So I picked a fight with the biggest dog in the yard... just so happened it was my father. And what happened? People started noticing Akira Wyld as more than just Greco’s youngest son. I made a name for myself completely free of my family’s legacy. I learned a valuable lesson growing up a Wyld. If you ever want to be taken seriously in this business, you can’t just do what is expected of you. You can’t confine yourself to the path that’s laid out in front of you. You need to eat ‘off-menu’. You need to take the biggest bite out of the world that you can. Sure, maybe if you’re too greedy you’ll choke on it.... but that sure as hell beats starving.”
STOCKHOLM: “So in your mind, all of your attitude is just... rattling cages to get noticed? You’re saying that your trash talking here in PWA... it’s just the nature of succeeding in this business?”
***Wyld smiles at Stockholm and shakes his head.***
WYLD: “Oh no... not here. Not in PWA. I assure you Stockholm, everything I’m doing HERE... is very personal. My war against Damion Black is very real... and one day very soon, you’re all going to see what I see.”
STOCKHOLM: “So what exactly IS your problem with Damion Black? Don’t you think it’s time you explained to the PWA Armada just what exactly this blood feud is about?”
WYLD: “You want to know what this is about Stockholm? You want to know what my ‘beef’ is with PWA’s glorious founder? Ok... I’ll lay it out for you. All of this comes down to one word... accountability.”
STOCKHOLM: “Accountability?”
WYLD: “Accountability. See... Black and I go way back. PWA isn’t the first place we’ve crossed paths. 15 years ago, Damion Black was an up-and-coming blue chip prospect in Pro Wrestling SHAFT. I was the heavyweight champion at the time. By this point in my career I’d already left the G.W.S.W. behind. I’d already fought my father and my older brother across three continents. What I’m saying is that by the time Black was making a name for himself, I’d already spent the better part of the last five years living with the choices that lead me down a dark and lonely path to glory. I was HATED all over the world Stockholm... and for good reason. I accept that. I OWN that. I made a business transaction, you see? I traded the cheers and adulation of the fans for gold and glory. And that was FINE. That was a choice that brought me everything I ever wanted. Sure... sure... there were downsides. I went through a rough patch. I broke under the pressure. I lost my title and left PWS. In my absence though... Damion Black came into his own. He grew into a bonafide A-list, main-eventer. And do you know how he did it? The exact same way I did. He betrayed his best friends. He fought dirty. He used every low-down underhanded trick in the book to make himself a superstar.”
***Wyld nods and smiles. But then he puts one finger up and raises his eyebrows.***
WYLD: “Which is ok. It’s what I did, and it’s what any smart superstar who truly knows this business would do. Black reigned as a main-event, top-shelf talent in the industry for YEARS. And the fans hated him for it. Which is FINE. Just like me, he traded respect and fan adulation for SUCCESS. He treaded on the fame he earned in PWS for years. He parlayed that into a hugely successful career in and out of the ring.
***Wyld gestures to the set around him.***
WYLD: “Eventually... Black decided to take it to the next level and start his own promotion. And it’s here that I took exception to ‘Mr. Black’ and his career aspirations. Because you see... the Damion Black that stepped out from behind that curtain in front of the Prestige Wrestling Association audience on that first episode of Assault wasn’t the dirty, vile, backstabber who made his legacy in PWS. That man was magically all gone. In his place was a cap-toothed, polished, refined ‘man-of-honor’ who was ready to step in as a defender of wrestling justice and integrity.”
***Wyld slumps back in his seat and frowns.***
STOCKHOLM: “Well Akira Wyld... even you have to admit that it’s been many years since your time in PWS. The Damion Black you knew back then may not be the same man currently running this organization. People can change.”
***Wyld twirls a hand in the air over his head and laughs under his breath.***
WYLD: “Don’t you get it Stockholm? That’s BESIDE THE POINT. It doesn’t MATTER if he’s had a change of heart. It doesn’t matter if Black is sincere about wanting to be a better man. It’s about ACCOUNTABILITY. Black’s legacy is every bit as dark and treacherous as my own. He’s done just as many underhanded, dirty deeds as I have. But do you think those damn fool wrestling fans will EVER let me live that down? Do you think I’m EVER going to be given a clean slate and a fresh start? No... the shadow of what I’ve done will hang over me until the day I die. So if I don’t get a do-over... then you’d better damn well believe Damion Black doesn’t get one!”
STOCKHOLM: “So this is... what? Some sort of validation for your own mistakes? If Black fails at this then you’re somehow justified in having taken the path you chose? Don’t you think that’s a little... unhealthy?”
***Wyld shrugs and sits forward in his chair.***
WYLD: “Black isn’t me Stockholm... and I sure as hell don’t base my career accomplishments on whether or not he succeeds. But the truth is Black is a snake... and he hasn’t done a damn thing to DESERVE this second chance of his. But it just so happens that in his attempt to try to whitewash his career, he’s managed to put together the best damn roster of free-agent wrestling talent working today. Black is a phony... but PWA is the real deal. I can’t think of a better place than PWA for me to cement my legacy as the greatest of all time. The fact that I get to expose Damion Black for the liar that he is while doing it is just icing on the cake.”
STOCKHOLM: “So... what DOES season two of PWA hold for Akira Wyld?”
***Akira gives Stockholm a sly smile and cracks his knuckles.***
WYLD: “Oh you’ll find that out very soon. I have a very special message for Black and for the entire PWA roster on the next Assault. Trust me... this is the season that Akira Wyld and Damion Black get EVERYTHING that’s coming to them. And mark my words... there will be collateral damage. I guarantee that ‘someone’ is going down next week at Assault. You’ll have to tune in to find out who.”
STOCKHOLM: “Thank you for joining us Akira Wyld. I’m sure entire PWA Armada will be eagerly awaiting... whatever it is you have planned for Assault.”
***Stockholm turns to face the camera.***
STOCKHOLM: “Thank you all for joining us... join us next time on PWA Profiles where we will hopefully be catching up with the Coldsnakes and Derrick Arzon. Until next time, goodnight everybody!”
STOCKHOLM: “Welcome once again to PWA Profiles, the show where we take a closer look at our PWA Superstars as they prepare for what is sure to be an amazing season two.”

Snow Eyes the Future
Snow is sitting in a locker room, towel draped around his neck. He has obviously just finished a training session when the cameras found him.
SNOW: Hey. That was a hell of a match at the last Assault, wasn't it? Starr's vertical suplexes are the real deal, let me tell you. I can't say as I appreciate the way the post match went down, but it looks like McElroy has it well in hand going forward.
It wasn't until I was watching tape of the match afterwards, though, that I caught that somehow Brawler Beckett had weaseled his way back into a PWA arena. And then he had the gall to accuse me of dirty tricks? The man was in the middle of one himself. PWA is better off rid of you. Hopefully that'll be the last time I ever have to deal with that man.
But on to brighter things. There's a huge match coming up at the next Assault, where yours truly steps into the ring against a very fierce competitor in Rex Camelot. I was eagerly watching his competitions in the last season, and I've got to say, it looks like I've got my work cut out for me this week. He's not one to back down from a fight, and neither am I. I expect nothing less than a five star match this week. But, if I'm going to earn my way to face of against mi amigo for the Cruiserweight Championship? Sorry, Camelot, but this week I'm going to have to come out on top.

Jack Lane gears up for Assault
( Jack Lane is standing with his back against the wall in the hallway of a gym. Lane has on acid wash jeans and a HBC t-shirt with his workout bag over his shoulder. Lane is holding a mic and begins to speak.)
Lane: Pantaro, just like I said I would do, right here on international television I would like to congratulate you on your win. You beat me fair and square, no questions asked. Now I have to get back in line and earn another shot at the title and I plan to do that against my man Spencer Watts. Before I get to him Pantaro, just remember that I DID pin your shoulders to the mat and I pinned you FIRST!! As great as you are I did show the world that you CAN be beaten. The first fall of your championship reign was taken by ME!
But again homie, you got it done so MAJOR props to ya. I’ll be seeing you down the road, no doubt!
Big Spence!! You’re a great athlete, no question. In the ring you’re as determined and as tough as they come. Right now though BIG DAWG you’re in the way of me getting to Pantaro again so I gotta take it to ya! I’m not coming to lose. I’ve got the fans behind me, the ladies cheering for me......I can’t let em down.
Spencer Watts, you’re one hell of an athlete and as tough as they come but on Assault I will prove to the WORLD why thinking you have a chance of beating me is just INSANE!
(Jack Lane flips the mic up and exits the screen and the scene fades to black.)

Don't Let the Man Get You Down
Nick Spoils, Armageddon, and Yamasaki Nakamura stand outside the arena before Assault. Ragnarok and Gehenna are both wearing their belts, and Nakamura is idly playing with some barbed wire.
NICK: Ladies and Gentlemen, please give it up for your 2-Time PWA Tag Team Champions, Armageddon! Yes, that's right, two-time champs. I hear that Damion Black and PWA are officially counting this as one reign, but you and I all heard him strip Armageddon of our titles, unfairly I might add. I have already been in contact with my laywers, and we are debating a lawsuit to that regard. But completely beyond that point, once again, Alpha Omega were left devastated within the ring, victims of Armageddon. Once again, my boys have proven themselves THE force to beat with the PWA. Once again, we have proven that no authority, no dirty trick, and no end around will distract or detract from our ultimate purpose of ultimate domination.
Nakamura has wandered off camera. Spoils looks in his direction for a moment, then obviously starts stretching his spiel out.
I don't care WHO it is in this company, any tag team out there will be defeated when they face us in the ring. Black may as well just engrave our names on these belts permanently, because they no longer belong to PWA, they belong to Armageddon. And when the time comes to face off against the Coldsnakes to defend the championship? Well, let's just say that they might want to ask about us buying them off, because that's their only hope of surviving.
Nakamura comes back into frame, holding a bicycle tire. With a quick movement, he pulls out a couple of the spokes, and then starts chewing them. Nick looks flustered for a moment, but comes back to himself quickly.
Now, on to the other matter at hand. Brian Fury. You may have noticed, son, that I had this guy go a little easy on you this time around. For old time's sake, you might say. I'm still fond of you, kid, and I just couldn't bring myself to allow Nakamura to go to town on you. But now that the match is over...well, I recommend you move on to someone else, because if you persist in direction, my ire will be raised, and I'll take the beast off his leash. Let me spell it out for you Fury, since I know you've taken a few shots to the head in your career. If you want to keep fighting, go fight someone else. Challenge Nakamura again, and your career may just be over.
Nakamura has finished with the spokes, and has started eating the rubber from the tire at this point. Nick just shakes his head and with a curt gesture, the four men start walking away. The camera follows them just long enough to come across a bicycle rack, where one bike can be seen with a broken lock, and a couple of crushed bolts lying on the ground.

Re: Akira Wyld sits down with Ronnie Stockholm in the latest installment of PWA Profiles...
Richard E. Pennyworth III sits behind his opulent desk, a laptop to one side showing some stock prices, and everything on top absolutely oozing with wealth. His hands are folded in front of him, calmly, as he faces the camera.
PENNYWORTH: Thank you for bringing the camera out to my office. I know it's out of the way for you, but there are days I'm simply too busy to make it out to you.
And it's because of that time constraint that I'm going to make this quick and simple. See, someone's been running his mouth again, and he just doesn't make a lick of sense. Akira Wyld thinks that Damion Black and I are friends. That we hang out together. And most importantly, that Mr. Black would have sent me after him as some sort of assassin. That Mr. Black has some sort of vendetta against him, and that I'm one of the tools being used.
Here's the thing, though, Akira. My only contact with Mr. Black is through the auspices of PWA. And while I may not have the best record in the world, do you think for one second that a man such as me would be a pawn of someone else? If Mr. Black had asked me to take you out, it's certainly possible I would have accepted. Make no mistake, however, there is no way in hell I would have accepted without getting something in return. A guaranteed title shot or something of the kind. And since I have none of those, well...maybe you need to rethink your paranoia.
However, two facts remain, Akira. The first is that I have no respect for you. You bring weapons into our match, and then try to lay the blame on me when your own actions cause you to lose. That's not going to fly. The second is that no matter our respective records, there is only one record that matters between us. Pennyworth 1, Akira 0. You never beat me, Akira. You can't.
So go ahead with your conspiracy theories. Rage against the machine. And maybe when you get a little moment of clarity, you'll realize one thing. Your stock is falling, Akira. You've had your time. But now, like so many before you, your time is done, and it's time to buy into someone else. And maybe when I work my way to the top, I'll throw you a pity match, let you have one last moment in the sun as you fruitlessly face me once again in a loosing effort.
Thanks again, guys. If you don't mine, though, I've got to get back to work.

Fury is watching.....
( Brian Fury is standing in an alley with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. Fury paces right to left as his anger builds and he faces the camera.)
Fury: Nick Spoils, let’s get one thing straight: I am the baddest man in PWA, period! You think you’re taking it easy on me? You’re giving ME a warning about Nakamura being let of his leash?? If you let Nakamura off his leash then the REAL beast of PWA will rip him in half!
(Fury closes his eyes and exhales as he tries to calm himself down.)
Fury: Now if I remember you correctly you said that I need to move on to someone else. Nick, you were right. Nakamura has been getting too much of my attention. I was so focused on smashing his skull in that I almost didn’t notice that your tag team won the belts for the SECOND time, as you said. Well Nick, I’m sorry about that. I’m sorry that I wasn’t there in your moment of glory. Let me make it up to you Nick.....
I would like to PERSONALLY congratulate Ragnarok FACE TO FACE! I would like to personally show my appreciation for his accomplishments by POUNDING his FACE through the mat!!
So Nick, what do you say? You can even come down to the ring and I can congratulate YOU TOO!
What’s it gonna be Nick? Tap out or Knockout???
(Fury swings the bat at the camera causing the screen to go static and then the feed ends.)

Re: Akira Wyld sits down with Ronnie Stockholm in the latest installment of PWA Profiles...
***The scene opens with Akira Wyld at the Portland GWSW Training Center. He is sitting on a bench with a towel over his shoulders, thumbing through the PWA Action mobile app on his phone. He clicks over to the latest edition of PWA Profiles to watch the episode featuring his interview. As it plays he nods his head slowly with satisfaction.***
WYLD: “Good... good. That’ll show Black and his cronies that I mean business. This weekend at Assault I’m going to... wait a minute.”
***Wyld frowns as he sees that another episode has been posted after his. He clicks on it at watches Richard Pennyworth’s rebuttal. Wyld takes a deep breath through his nose and his lip curls into a snarl.***
WYLD: “Why that’s arrogant little son-of-a... just who the HELL does he think he is?! I’m going to wipe that smug, self-important smile off his...”
***Wyld stops and closes his eyes. He inhales another deep breath and blows it out slowly through his mouth and closes the app.***
WYLD: “Okay... okay this means nothing. That pressed shirt Pennyworth can’t touch me. I’m Akira Wyld... and that match we had was just a fluke. I can beat him anytime any place when I want to. He’s just trying to get into my head. No... no, just stick to the plan. Stay the course. PWA Assault is where I make my move. If Pennyworth tries to get in my way... I’ll... WE’LL just have to make an example of him.”
***Wyld turns and looks over his shoulder where a man stands partially obscured by the shadows.***
WYLD: “Isn’t that right?”
***The unknown man chuckles lightly under his breath.***
UNKNOWN VOICE: “Oh yes...”
***Wyld nods approvingly in response. The scene fades to black.***

Scene opens up backstage after the show fades to black
As PWA comes to a close, Johnny Ecks can be seen walking to the back waving the fans a good bye and good night. Ecks' face can be seen with a tired expression...
Ecks: Yo....huh?! What did you think?
MJ1: Man that was a close one b. I didn't think you would pull through. Dude, I ain't sure the XFactor can pull you through like it did on Shaft.
Ecks: for reals?! I drilled him several times with that Superkick. That powerslam was a surprise, out of knowwhwere. While I had him down, I didn't think he was not going to kick out. But hell, Lucky me he didn't.
MJ1: I think it was due to the injury he was fighting with B. Remember TG was wrestling hurt. Like always, he is known as a legend you know.
Ecks: Hurt or not I beat the man, 1...2...3. All that matters is I got the duke. He went down like they all do, and then all that matters is the win baybeee!!!!
MJ1: I guess so b.
Ecks: yep, so you comin back or what?
MJ1: nah...B, it will take more than that to make me come out of retirement...
