Back to the Drawing Board

We see a small office with a wooden desk absolutely covered in haphazard stacks of paper. Every once in a while a hand appears moving one of these pieces of paper -- either to another pile or down to in front of whoever sits behind the desk. Muttering can be heard behind the paper, and when the camera pans around to the side, we can see Nick Spoils scribbling furiously on the paper in front of him before he places it in another pile and grabs a new sheet of paper. He continues working for nearly a minute before he notices the camera crew.
SPOILS: What are YOU doing here? Come to gloat? Well, I won't have it. It's back to the drawing board for me an my boys. The King of Deathmatch tournament is just what they need to wake up. To rise to the top of the heap. But I've gotta figure out what went wrong before the new season starts, so if you'll excuse me, I have work to do. Get out of here.
He turns back to his work, completely ignoring the cameras for the thirty seconds or so they remain focused on him before the scene fades to black.
