BARTHOLOMEW "THE BRAWLER" BECKETT: "Greetings, PWA fans. I am taking to the camera here today because today … is a very special day. Of course, I am referring to Mother's Day. Oh, I know most of you pathetic peons have probably got your mother's gifts to celebrate, and why not? Mothers are remarkable people! They rear and nurture us, feed us from our first day. Some of them stand between their children and a vicious world, or an abusive father. Mothers are as strong and protective as they are healing and nurturing.

"My own mother - Morgan was her name - was the strongest person I ever knew. She made sure that I ate up, made sure that I did my homework, made sure that I grew up right. She made certain that I knew how to take care of myself if anyone tried to start a barney. Oh, some might say she spoiled me a bit; I was her favorite, after all. However, I know for a fact that without my mother's love, nurturing, and money, I would not be … the fighting champion … that I am … today."

*** BECKETT sniffles a bit, wipes his eyes.***

BB: "When she passed … she made me promise her that I would be champion. She knew I could be, so how could I let myself be anything less? I swore it to her at her sick bed … and at her grave.

"So believe me when I tell you, my mother deserves all the respect in the world. I loved her, dearly, and it is thanks to her that I am here at PWA now,a reigning, defending champion.

"Of course, not all of you love and respect you mothers as you should, so this Mother's Day, I have made it my personal mission … to love your mothers as they deserve, as many as I can.
