To that end, on Assault, I formally challenged The Spoiler to face me in the ring and stake his earned claim to my title. I am disappointed that The Spoiler chose to allow himself to be counted out and forfeit his opportunity. I cannot pretend to understand the machinations in that dastardly man’s mind.”
