Richard Pennyworth stalks in. Fury stands up immediately, tossing the belt over his shoulder, ready to defend himself. Pennyworth closes in, staring down Fury before shaking his head and holding his hands up.

PENNYWORTH: It suits you.

FURY: Damn right it does!

PENNYWORTH: You've been in this business a long time Brian. You know how hard you have to work to earn championships. And then you go and take it away from me. I'm angry...

Pennyworth sighs and closes his eyes.

PENNYWORTH: But I'm not angry with you. You were better tonight, and you earned that belt. Congratulations, Fury. Honestly, I'm just glad we got rid of that jackass Holiday first. Fight honestly, the way it was supposed to be. But I want you to know something, Brian. We're not through. You've got my title, and I want it back. I'm going to earn my to another shot, and when I do...I'm going to take it back. So keep it shiny for me, Fury, I'm coming for it.

Pennyworth turns to walk out, getting the last word. Fury won't have that, however.

FURY: Why wait?

Pennyworth pauses, and looks back over his shoulder.

PENNYWORTH: Pardon?

FURY: Why wait? I'm not going to go through all your crap again, Dick. No more mind games. You want a rematch, then you can have one. But it's on my terms. You and me at the first Assault. You in?

Pennyworth thinks for a moment, then sticks out his hand.

PENNYWORTH: Ok. If you're going to give me the shot, I'd be a fool to pass it up. You're on.

Fury shakes Pennyworth's hand...it's obvious the two have a bit of a standoff trying to outdo each other with the strength of their handshake before they let go with a staredown.

FURY: Assault. Then we're through. Now get out.

Pennyworth hesitates, then nods and backs out of the room. Just before he shuts the door, though...

PENNYWORTH: I'm taking my belt back. Don't get used to having it.

Pennyworth slams the door shut, getting the last word.
