EDIT: Original Subject "The Prophecy of Holiday"

The scene opens on Rhett Holiday standing amongst a well crafted oak cabinet to his left and a snow white Cadillac trimmed with gold to his right. Both seem to be in a wooded area with only the lights of a few flood lamps to illuminate the area. Rhett is standing between the two items still in his wrestling gear with a black and green button up shirt laying open on him.

"These things represent the losses I have endured since arriving here in PWA... Material possessions that feed the vices of Richard Pennyworth III and Kevin Star... They fight to maintain the life styles that only their mortal bodies can enjoy..."

Rhett walks over behind the cabinet and takes a gas can and box of matches from behind it. He removes the cap and begins pouring gas over the Oak.

"They have no idea what true sacrifice is!" as he says this he sets the cabinet ablaze.

Rhett then walks over to the car and takes more gas out of the driver seat with a lighter then begins to cover the car in gas.

"They only fight for what they can own...." as he says this he ignites the car.

Rhett moves back to the center of the camera. As the cameraman holding it begins to move away Rhett threatens him,

"You will stay and record the destruction of their worldly possessions or you will join them.." The camera stops moving and Rhett moves in closer.

"I have given everything to become the best... I will not let a few vain, superficial, spoonfed boys stand in our way of that greatness... I was given the gift and we shall not squander it... My losses are in the history books and I can do nothing to change that... On our quest for victory, we will shake the foundation of PWA.... And reign over the ashes.."

Rhett backs between the two burning objects into the woods with his neon green eyes being the last thing to vanish. After he leaves the cameraman drops his camera and runs then the sound of fire extinguishers and boots running in the leaves can be heard

Spencer Watts on his loss in his debut.

Spencer is sitting in the locker room alone with a towel over his head. As the camera gets closer he removes the towel and tosses it across the room in a fit before taking a deep breath and making eye contact with the viewers.

"You know my Daddy always told me that the best way to learn in this life is to get knocked down every once in awhile. Well your Highness you have taught me a valuable lesson here tonight. You taught me that even Royalty can do some low things when they get desperate."

Spencer stands up from his chair lifting his arms up.

"You may have beaten this 'peasant' tonight, you may have got my shoulders on the mat for that three count, but I'll tell you what you really did.. You shown all of PWA that you aint a true King.. You're a well spoken member of the good ol' boys club around these parts that's threatened by the likes of young guns like me!"

Spencer looks to the ceiling holding his arms out wide letting out a chuckle before looking back into the camera.

"They don't call me The Blueprint for no reason your Highness. What you see right here is the Blueprint for the future of PWA! What you see right here is a hungry young gun that just found out the first obstacle on his path to sitting at table that you take for granted! The table for 'Kings'... What you see here is the Blueprint to dethrone the King..."

Spencer exits the locker room.

Once again, PWA cameras catch up with the FIERCE and DEADLY Coldsnakes...

***The scene opens in the hallway outside the talent relations area of PWA Arena. All around, backstage hands bustle about, preparing the building for the television broadcast of PWA Assault. A reporter with a microphone in hand is on camera, gesturing for the camera crew to follow him through the double doors leading to the catering area. The reporter pushes through the doors, and inside, the FIERCE and DEADLY Coldsnakes can be seen bent over a large spread of half-eaten deli meats and cheeses. Anaconda has his arms loaded with ziplock sandwich baggies, each stuffed with cold cuts. When the Coldsnakes see the camera crew, Anaconda quickly puts his hands behind his back, hiding his cache of ill-gotten goods. Two ziplock bags of smoked turkey and American cheese slices slip from behind him and plop to the ground. Undeterred by the arrival of the camera crew, Cobra tears into a stacked ham and Swiss sandwich while making intense and uncomfortable eye contact with the reporter.***

REPORTER: “Um, Junior Cobra, Giant Anaconda... now that you’ve um... had... lunch, would you care to comment on your upcoming opponents for this week’s PWA Assault?”

***Cobra continues staring at he reporter as he finishes his sandwich. This goes on for several minutes. After he finishes his last bite he approaches the reporter, reaches out, and delicately slides the microphone out of the reporter’s hand. He then makes gentle “shooing” gestures at the reporter until he uncomfortably backs out of the room. Once the reporter has left, Cobra whips around to address the camera directly. Giant Anaconda takes position behind him with his massive arms folded across his oiled chest.***

COBRA: “Well you know something Big A, it looks like the time has FINALLY come to remind the WORLD just who the FIERCE and DEADLY Coldsnakes are! Prepare yourselves PWA, for never before have you seen a tag team with the MIGHT, the MUSCLE, or the sheer explosive TESTOSTERONE of the one and only COLDSNAKES brother! With the BLINDING SPEED and VENOMOUS bite of the COBRA, and your CRUSHING grip and ENORMOUS mass of the ANACONDA, the two of us will show those two costumed clowns just who owns the tag-team division here in PWA! Nick Spoils, you tell your two goons that the Coldsnakes are coming for ARMAGEDDON and when we meet in the...”

***Anaconda quickly claps Cobra on the shoulder and whispers into his ear.***

COBRA: “Yeah? ... Yeah? That’s what I said... What do you mean that’s not who we’re fighting? ... We totally talked about this on the bus. What do you MEAN we’re fighting snow panthers? ... Ok I’m totally not tracking here, show me the pamphlet.”

***Anaconda reaches into his tights and pulls out a program for PWA Assault. He points aggressively at the picture of Snow and Pantaro printed next to the picture of the Coldsnakes.***

COBRA: “Yeah, these are totally the guys.”

***Anaconda points frantically at the names Snow and Pantaro.***

COBRA: “What are you talking about? This is clearly Armageddon. And even if it weren’t, how would you tell the difference? These guys have MASKS on. They could be anybody. “

***Anaconda places his leveled right hand at shoulder height, and then his leveled left hand a foot higher, indicating two people of drastically different sizes. Cobra doesn’t notice as he is mesmerized by the glorious sequined masks of the two luchadores on the page.***

COBRA: “Yeah... yeah, look at that. That’s the ticket. THESE guys have it all figured out. Look at those masks. Could you imagine the cred we would earn by beating guys with THAT kind of wardrobe budget? We need to get us some masks.”

***Anaconda just stares blankly at Cobra.***

COBRA: “Yeah, that’s how you run a railroad! Whoever these guys are... THESE are the guys we need to be beating! Quick, we need to call management and see if they can change tonight’s match so we can fight these guys!”

***Anaconda mumbles under his breath and shakes his head.***

COBRA: “What do you MEAN I thought these guys were ‘Armageddon’? Who the HELL is Armageddon? Seriously, I have no idea who you’re talking about. You know, sometimes you worry me big guy.” Now come on, we have to get ready for our match against the Snow Panthers!”

***Cobra bounds off down the hall, leaving Anaconda looking confused. After a few moments, he sighs and quietly gathers up his lunchmeat bags and plods off down the hall after his partner. He camera fades to black.”

Meanwhile, Somewhere Up North...

Camera fades to the interior of an old barn. No animals or hay are found, only a weathered wrestling ring with two men inside of it's ropes. They are putting each other through their paces. They tie up. One man drops to a knee and goes for a single leg takedown on the other man, who drops and rolls through the attempt. As he rolls to his feet, he bounces off the ropes and runs full tilt at the first man. The first man leapfrogs the runner, who bounces off the ropes on the other side. On his second pass, the runner leaves his feet and grabs the first man's arm, executing a flying arm drag. The first man rolls through the arm drag to his feet and dropkicks the runner. The second man kips up back to his feet and kicks at the first man, who catches the kick then ducks the following enziguri but lets go of the second man's foot. The first man moves in, allowing the second man to execute a drop toe hold. The second man then pins the first, who kicks out and rolls up the second man, who also kicks out. Both men scramble to their feet.

SNOW: "You're getting slow. Age catching up with you, OLD friend?"

PANTARO: "It's this cold weather. My joints feel stiff. How do you train like this?"

SNOW: "Oh, this is nothing amigo. You should try it with the doors open and the wind blowing. Stiff joints now mean you feel all that much looser when you do it for real."

The two men exit the ring and sit on a nearby bench. Pantaro grabs a bottle of water and hands it to Snow, then takes one for himself.

PANTARO: "You've heard about our next match? We are matched against Hijo Cobra and Anaconda. Feels like a reunion. *sip* Although, I can think of people I'd rather meet again. Those two are loco."

SNOW: "That's one word for them. Though, I've always thought that Anaconda was a little more with it. He'd be one hell of a singles competitor. He puts up enough of a fight with Cobra dragging him down all the time."

PANTARO: "Si, but do not underestimate Cobra. He is unpredictable and desperate. That kind of man can be dangerous. *Pantaro takes a long drink* We must be at our best. The people will be expecting no less. *Pantaro gestures to the ring* Again, amigo?"

SNOW: "Of course. Never bring anything but our A game. That's how we do it. *Snow stretches and then darts to the ring* You coming?"

*Pantaro stretches and then climbs the side of the ring and vaults over the ropes. The two men circle each other and then lock up as the camera fades to black.*

THE FIERCE AND DEADLY COLDSNAKES ARRIVE BACKSTAGE AT PWA ASSAULT!!!

***The scene opens backstage at PWA as backstage staff and crew are preparing for the second edition of PWA Assault. A PWA reporter stands with a camera crew ready to intercept arriving wrestlers.***

PWA Reporter: “Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us for a special behind the scenes look at all the hard work and planning that goes into each and every Prestige Wrestling Association television broadcast. As you can see, behind me a crew of more than 30 dedicated men and women are making all of the necessary preparations for next week’s action-packed episode of PWA Assault.”

***As the reporter talks, he and the camera crew make their way down the hall and out a large set of double-doors leading to the arena parking garage.***

REPORTER: “We have a special treat for you tonight ladies and gentlemen. We have it on good authority that two of our most recent superstar signees are poised to arrive at this very arena in mere moments. Longtime wrestling fans in the United States may remember this colorful tag team from their time in Pro Wrestling SHAFT a decade ago. These unique and colorful competitors made a big splash years ago with their hard hitting style and larger than life personalities. With any luck, they will make just as big of an impact here in PWA.”

***Just then, a maroon 1994 Toyota Tercel pulls into the arena. It makes a wide circle around the parking area and comes to rest just in front of the camera crew.***

REPORTER: “Is this them? Is it... yes, yes it is. Ladies and gentlemen here come the Fierce and Deadly Coldsnakes!”

***The back door of the economy car opens up and out steps two unusually well-oiled masked men, Junior Cobra and Giant Anaconda. A middle-aged bald man in glasses leans his head out of the driver-side window.***

BALD MAN: “All right guys, that’ll be $17.50.”

***Junior Cobra reaches into his tights and pulls out a folded piece of paper. He hands it to Giant Anaconda as he steps forward and approaches the camera crew.”

COBRA: “Pay the man Anaconda.”

***Anaconda unfolds the piece of paper and gently presses it into the open hand of the Uber driver. The driver takes the paper and turns it over, revealing a creased and faded signed PWS 8’10” glossy photo of the Coldsnakes.***

UBER DRIVER: “What? This.. this isn’t mon...”

***Anaconda gently but firmly presses a sweaty, gloved fingertip to the lips of the Uber driver. Anaconda cocks his head and holds his finger there for an awkwardly long amount of time. After several seconds, the driver pulls his head back into his vehicle and quickly rolls up the window. With a look of uncomfortable dread on his face, he starts his car and drives silently away.***

REPORTER: “Junior Cobra, on behalf of the PWA team, welcome to The Prestige Wrestling Association. As you know, your presence has already caused waves in the PWA locker room. Not only have you been addressed by Nick Spoils and Armageddon, you are scheduled to face the up and coming duo of Snow and Pantaro on next week’s PWA Assault. What are your thoughts on these exciting developments?”

***Junior Cobra steps up and stands nose to nose with the PWA reporter. Under his mask, his face is stern and his eyes are narrowed.***

COBRA: “What are my thoughts? You want to know what me and the big man over there are thinking? Well let me answer your questions... with a question.”

***Anaconda steps up behind Cobra and folds his massive arms. Cobra breathes heavily in the face of the reporter for several seconds, before finally speaking.”

COBRA: “Where. Is. Craft. Services?”

REPORTER: “Uh... what?”

COBRA: “Craft services. I was to understand that lunch was to be served.”

REPORTER: “Oh... uh, yes. Um... there is a catering table in the talent relations room down the hall.”

***Cobra scowls in the face of the reporter.***

COBRA: “Meats AND cheeses?”

REPORTER: “Um... yes? I think... smoked turkey and uh... ham? And maybe both Swiss and cheddar cheeses? I think?”

COBRA: “Good... good... I love it when a plan comes together. Beverages?”

REPORTER: “I mean... there’s a water cooler and plastic cups...”

***Cobra smiles slyly as Anaconda gently holds up a 2 liter bottle of RC Cola.***

COBRA: “As usual, the FIERCE and DEADLY Coldsnakes are one step ahead. Come on big guy... cold-cuts wait for no man.”

***Cobra and Anaconda march off down the hallway. After a few moments Cobra rushes back and advances threateningly at the reporter.***

COBRA: “...hiss...”

***Cobra points two fingers at his own eyes then at the reporter. He then backs up menacingly down the hall, Anaconda in tow. The reporter stands dumbfounded as the camera fades to black.***

(house lit arena, the camera pans across empty chairs to the sound of activity in the ring: running, dropping, grunting. The camera pans to the ring itself, and therein MacElroy is running back and forth, whipping himself off of the ropes and launching himself into falls and rolls in the ring. Someone off-camera yells, "Time," and MacElroy slows himself to a stop."

Off-Camera: "I'm packing it in, Mac. See you tomorrow!"

Robert MacElroy: "'Night, Amos. Thanks." (Leans on top rope, drenched with sweat, breathing heavily; looks around the arena, but not into camera) I's tha same aech teime, is i' not? E'ry ring has i's feel, i's own staep an' song. I's a wise man knows tha knows tha tune."

Tygerr, Aye'm aweare tha' 'tis ahn honorr te bee feacin' one souch as yersealf i' tha ring, parrticular in me firrst mahtch heere. Aye'm onder no illusions as te what yer intaentions arre i' tha ring, an' Aye would nae expaect leas rom ye. Aye know ye've feaced an' pinned grayte men a'foore, an' tha's fyne, sure. Come tha night ye feace mee, tho ... Ayme a Hard Man, Tygerr. They dinnae call tha lykes o' mee a thing lyke tha' ferr noothin'. Come on, theyne, le's 'ava goo, shall wee?"

(laytes oot- ahem, lights out)

Tiger Gold addresses Brian Fury... and Robert MacElroy

***The scene opens in front of a decorative gold and blue curtain backdrop. The bronze skinned Tiger Gold stands with his head down in the center of the screen. He flexes and adjust his wrist tape before looking up at the camera, his blue eyes gleaming.***

GOLD: “Brian Fury... it appears that we are destined to meet on the stage of the immortals. While the date has not been set... our path is clear. Look above you my friend... the stars are aligning. The wheel of fate is eternally in motion, drawing the irresistible force ever nearer to the immovable object.”

***Tiger Gold points a taped finger skyward and flexes his massive chest.***

GOLD: “You seem to have been angered by my challenge. While I meant no disrespect to you or your considerable might, your rage has lit a fire within me. Feel your anger and let it consume you. Let it build within your chest... driving your fighting spirit to heretofore unknown heights. Bring all your boundless anger... your fiery intensity... your unmatchable FURY to PWA Assault. I will be watching as you simultaneously challenge two men next week in the the field of combat. Show me your might. And when the fates deem it time... face your destiny in Tiger Gold. I will be watching.”

***Tiger Gold flexes in a roaring lion pose and growls at the camera. Then he stops and takes a deep breath before beginning to pace back and forth on the stage.***

GOLD: “Yes... I shall be watching... but I will not be resting on my laurels. For while Brian Fury is in my future... another equally worthy competitor stands squarely in my present. Robert MacElroy... a man who’s reputation precedes him. Long have I heard of the might of the fiery warrior from the Isles. MacElroy... last week on Assault you made your intentions in PWA clear. You seek competition. You strive to be your best. You wish to test yourself against the greatest competitors the world has to offer. My friend... your goals and mine coincide. While we have never before met in on the grand stage... we are both well traveled warriors with fire in our hearts. Face me Scotsman. Step into the ring and remind me why men such as we fight. Engage me in combat and let the thunder of our impact echo the world over. I ask no quarter and shall give none in return. I will defeat you MacElroy. I will pin your shoulders to the mat and the glory of generations of past warriors will wash over us, bathing us in their power and making us... immortal. Prepare yourself... destiny is coming for you.”

***Tiger Gold stares intensely at the camera as the scene fades to black.***

Post match interview with Brian Fury

(Brian Fury is walking backstage holding ice on his neck when he is approached by a PWA backstage reporter and cameraman.)

Reporter: Mr. Fury, can I have a moment of your time, please?

(Fury stares a hole right through the reporter but then relents.)

Fury: You have a job to do. Ask what you want.

Reporter: Thanks. Can you tell us about your match tonight? How did it feel to wrestle Akira Wyld?

Fury: When I signed with PWA I signed to wrestle the best but for whatever reason I didn’t get put on tonight’s show....and that pissed me off! When I got to the arena I found the promoter and was getting ready to chew him out but then I saw Akira yammering in the ring about not having an opponent and I told the promoter to make the match happen, and he did. When I walked down the aisle and got in the ring with Akira I came to wrestle.....and he hit me in the head with a chair! He threw me outside on chairs and tried to break my back. Am I whining about this? NO! When you get in the ring you have to be ready for anything. Tonight things didn’t go my way, but that’s life. I’ll meet Akira down the line and now that I know he wants to FIGHT, I’ll be MORE than ready next time!

Reporter: What’s next for you in the ring?

(Fury tosses the ice aside and hovers over the reporter.)

Fury: DISHING OUT PAIN! I was walking to the back and the promoter told me at the next show 2 guys want to wrestle me at the same time. Can you believe that? Then he tells me that Tiger Gold was in the PWA offices saying he would love to face me. HE WOULD LOVE TO FACE ME??

(Brian Fury stares intensely into the camera.)

Fury: Tiger Gold, you got my attention. You watch what I do to the 2 guys who think they can take me and then ask yourself what can you possibly do to me! I’ll be watching your match and I might come down the aisle and straighten you out. But whether I come down or not, be careful what you wish for because sometimes.....wishes do come true!!!

(Fury stalks down the hallway as the scene fades.)

(Rex is eating at a table set with a lavish feast)

This is delicious. We think you would like to enjoy this, would you not, Watts? Hm? Partake of what you believe you have "earned"?

(Rex stands up abruptly and overturns the table, then points at the camera)

You will get nothing! Do you truly believe you are worthy to even be compared to us?! A king would sooner cast down his crown than dine at the same table as a filthy, blue-collar mongrel such as yourself! To even speak of one such as ourself in the same breath as was wasted on you is an insult! In our realm, peasants do not feast at the table of the king. They set it, they clean it, and if they are fortunate, they may glut themselves on the scraps. And any commoner who believes that they are so worthy as to seat themselves at our table is treated not better than an ill-tempered dog!

(Rex moves closer to the camera)

But we are merciful ruler. We understand that, being from so savage and lowly an ilk, you may not have understood the way of things. So, we will grant you this one reprieve. But let this be a lesson to you:
Know. Your. Place.

Blood is Thicker

A PWA camera makes it's way down the hallway backstage at the PWA arena, just in time to see a figure in blue trunks and a blue mask knock on a dressing room door before opening it. The camera follows as the man in blue, Pantaro, enters the dressing room, wherein sits a man in white tights and a white mask, towel draped over his neck. As Pantaro enters, Snow rises to his feet.

PANTARO: "Amigo!" The two mean shake hands and embrace in friendship. "That was a great match! You fought like a man inspired! I am pleased to see you have not lost your edge! I have to tell you: I was concerned after seeing your match with Senior Beckett, but you have not lost a step. I should know better, no? Ha!"

SNOW: "Ah, my friend. You know you always bring out the best in me. That's why we always worked well together, as opponents or teammates. But Beckett...he gets under my skin. The man just has no concept of how to fight a match properly. But you--where have you been? Why didn't you tell me you were here?"

PANTARO: "Ah, when SHAFT closed it's doors, I returned home. I lived a quiet life. But, Mexico, she is in pain. There is much trouble. No one watches her orphaned sons. So, I watched her orphaned sons. I teach them to wrestle. I teach them good sportsmanship. I teach them to be men. But then, I hear my friend Snow return from Canada, hm? Hehe, and I know, time for me to return, too!

"As for why I didn't tell you, I was going to surprise you after your match tonight, but then Beckett backed out and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity! A bit of advice, my friend: we both know men like him. If you don't deal with him, he will become a thorn in your side."

SNOW: "Yes, that is true. But if he is going to be the coward he proved he was in our preview match, and that he reinforced tonight, I'm not going to try to force him to face me. That's not my way. Some day, we will face each other again, I'm sure. Despite my defeat in the record books, I have nothing to prove with him, and he has lots to prove with me. He won't be going away, for sure. But I am not going to stoop to his level. When the coward wants to shake off the weight of dishonor, he will find me.

"Until this, happier things. You are here to stay? You have a PWA contract?"

PANTARO: "Si, I am here for a long time. I have a contract. So, you know... Armageddon look like fierce competition. And I hear the Coldsnakes are lurking in a broom closet somewhere. Maybe it's time we join forces again?"

SNOW: "I wouldn't have it any other way, mi amigo. The Blood Brothers weren't just a flash in the pan. Mind, I'm not going to back away from singles work, but you and I? We're a tag team to be reckoned with."

PANTARO: "Si! Hermanos de Sangre, we go and conquer the world again!"

SNOW: "Look out PWA. And if Bart Beckett wants a piece of me, it'll be good to have another set of eyes looking for his dirty tricks."

Scene fades to black as the two clasp hands again.

Nick Spoils backstage with Terry Schneider

Terry Schneider is backstage with Nick Spoils after Armageddon's match at Assault. The team itself isn't present.

Terry: Mr. Spoils, for all of your claims about the dominance of your team, it looked like they struggled a bit to put away their opponents tonight.

Nick: Struggled? You think THAT was struggling? The boys had this in the bag from the moment of the opening bell. I could see it in their eyes. They were absolutely terrified. Struggling? You're a funny one Tommy.

Terry: It's Terry. And if you weren't struggling, why were they able to get so much offense against Armageddon?

Nick: Whatever. Because my boys wanted to let them, plain and simple. After all, it wouldn't really be much of a debut if the opening match was only five hits, would it?

Terry: Five hits?

Nick: Yeah, you know, Ragnarok's fist hitting the jaw, the opponent hitting the ground, and the referee's hand hitting 3 times. 5 hits. That's the way this match could have gone, to be honest. I mean, what match were YOU watching? You could tell the boys were holding back the whole time. We even let them 'attempt' a pinfall. Oh let me tell you, we laughed about that in the locker room earlier.

Terry: Ok, then. On to your next match. You've seen the Coldsnake's, uh, video?

Nick: I have.

Terry: And you're reaction to them calling you out?

Nick: Oh, is that what that was? Look, I have no problem with Armageddon stepping into the ring with the Coldsnakes. But it sounded to me like it was more of a cry for help. Look, Cobra. If you guys want a manager -- well, you aren't really my style. But I can put you in contact with a couple of guys I know if you'd like. Any of them may be able to help you out, maybe even get you some money for real equipment and wardrobe. But if you really were asking for a match with my boys?

***PWA cameras catch up with Akira Wyld backstage following his shocking upset victory over Brian Fury at the inaugural edition of PWA Assault. Akira is limping backstage with a towel over his shoulder. He stops and flexes his braced knee and grimaces in pain as a backstage reporter approaches him.***

BACKSTAGE ANNOUNCER: “Mr. Wyld, could we have a few words with you after your stunning return to the North American wrestling scene?”

WYLD: “Oh... NOW you want to talk? NOW you feel like having ‘a few words’ with the Surgical Specialist? This two-bit organization couldn’t be bothered to book me in a match on their premiere show so I had to go into business for myself. And now you people want to capitalize on MY victory. Well that’s fine... because I have a few things to get off my chest.”

ANNOUNCER: “Uh... yes. Getting back to what occurred tonight... you issued an open challenge, only to have it answered by the one and only Brian Fury, a nigh-unbeatable force in the ring. How did it feel to face off against such a formidable opponent on your first match back?”

WYLD: “‘Formidable opponent?’ Brian Fury is not a ‘formidable opponent’. Brian Fury is a sadistic monster who thrives on braking bones and ending careers! That man shouldn’t be in PWA. He should be behind bars! I’m lucky to be in one piece after going toe to toe with that maniac. I once saw that masochist open an 4 inch gash on an opponent’s head using a SICKLE. That is NOT wrestling and he doesn’t belong in the same arena as a pure TECHNICIAN like me.”

ANNOUNCER: “But Mr. Wyld, if I’m not mistaken, you were the one who introduced foreign objects into your match tonight. Not one but TWO steel chairs. You hit Brian Fury square in the face with one, and then belly-to-belly suplexed him over the top rope onto two stacked chairs on the outside. How can you claim any sort of moral high...”

WYLD: “Hey, I did what I had to to SURVIVE. You don’t bring a knife to a gunfight. I knew what Fury was capable of and I was just smart enough to strike before he had a chance to. Believe me, Fury would have done all that and MORE if I gave him one ounce of breathing room!”

ANNOUNCER: “Are you saying that If you hadn’t cheated, Brian Fury would have beaten you tonight?”

WYLD: “What I’m SAYING... is that I’m the best damn performer in the world... and I’ll beat anyone I face in the ring, one way or another. That’s what CHAMPIONS do. I’m clearly fighting for my own survival here. I don’t know who’s running this rodeo, but whoever it is has it out for me... and NOBODY plots against Akira Wyld. NOBODY.”

***Wyld puts a hand on his neck, winces in pain, and storms off down the hallway.***
